Refund and Returns Policy

• Customers can cancel an order before the restaurant starts preparing it for a full refund.
• Once the restaurant begins preparation, cancellation is not possible, and a refund is not guaranteed.
• If an order is canceled due to restaurant unavailability or operational issues, the full amount will be refunded automatically.

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

• Incorrect or Missing Items: If the delivered order is missing items or contains incorrect food items.
• Delivery Issues: If the order was not delivered or was delivered to the wrong address due to a mistake from Click To Food or the restaurant, a refund or redelivery may be arranged.

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

• Change of mind after placing the order.
• Customer providing an incorrect delivery address.
• Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (traffic, weather, high demand).
• Partial consumption of food before raising a complaint.

• Once a refund request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
• If the payment was made via cash on delivery (COD), refunds may be provided as Click To Food wallet credits or via a bank transfer if applicable.
